TESTIMONIALS
"AFTERWARDS, YOU SIMPLY FLOAT OUT OF THE STUDIO"
As an age-group triathlete, one recognises that the training for three sports takes its toll upon the body, hence every effort must be made to enhance fitness and prevent injury.
For me, Linda’s Myotherapy continues to be invaluable, as her expertise allows her to instantly recognise areas of strain and to address these immediately, as well as well as keeping the body in alignment.
To this there is a bonus – the magic of the massage; the session ends with one simply floating out of the studio.

"HEADACHES GONE!"
I was suffering from headaches and nausea that were next level after returning from an interstate trip; The GP could find nothing that it could be attributed to.
I sought out Linda on recommendation from friends and am so glad I did. After my first visit the headaches reduced almost immediately and the nausea disappeared altogether.
Linda talked me through the process of Myotherapy, was thorough in her assessment process and gently worked on my neck, Jaw and shoulders.
A follow up Appointment saw the headaches GONE and I found that I could turn my head without feeling so stiff. Would highly recommend!!

"I NOW ENJOY MANY PAIN FREE DAYS"
In 2016 I was told I had a bulged disc. In order to protect my back, I knew I needed to train and be strong, however this also meant my muscles were forever in a state of being switched on. I could not relax the muscles.
I had been receiving treatment from multiple allied health professionals trying to get relief from the constant back and muscle pain and I was unable break the cycle.
Then I met Linda; she has been able to stretch and soften my muscles, giving me the ability to train more effectively and enjoy many completely pain free days.
I now have treatment as regular maintenance rather than a necessity.

My overall health has benefitted from her care and wonderful massages. I continually recommend her to my friends.

"MY SAVIOUR FOR SOME CONSIDERABLE TIME"
Linda Bear has been my saviour for some considerable time. She has kept me walking safely with my walker and at times my walking stick. I can also sleep quite well after a visit.
I find relief from post shingles and Ross River aches at the periods when they are a nuisance.

"MYO SUPPORTS MY CHIRO
Seeing Linda for Myo in conjunction with my Chiropractic appointments has helped with the adjustments and I find that I’m not as achy afterwards.
I think that Myo improves my body’s ability to maintain the adjustment that the Chiro has made.
I now alternate Chiro and Myo to get the best of both that the 2 modalities have to offer
