L Bear Myotherapy will not charge any fee for your access request but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

PRIVACY POLICY

Muscles are utilised in absolutely everything that we do, however, we take their importance for granted. They support, protect, and keep us mobile. Keeping them in tune with the rest of our bodies can increase our Health and Well-being on so many levels.

CANCELLATIONS

24 hour cancellation policy.

 
Due to late Cancellation, Non-Attendance and Waiting List issues L Bear Myotherapy has now implemented 24 HOUR Cancellation Policy.

L Bear Myotherapy respects that your time is valuable; we appreciate that you understand that ours is too. If you are running late, please let us know. 


Your appointment will be amended to a shorter time or rescheduled wherever possible.

From time to time, unavoidable events may occur which prevents the Client from being able to attend their appointment; please call us on Ph: 0403 766 471 to advise us as soon as possible so that we can offer other clients the opportunity to take up an appointment.

If a Client fails to attend their appointment (and has not contacted the clinic to cancel their appointment), a cancellation fee will be applied.

If the Client chooses to reschedule their appointment the cancellation fee may be waived.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone at any time without notice or reason.

CLIENT HEALTH & ATTENDANCE / MASKS

We prioritise the health status of all of our clients.


If you have been unwell with cold and flu type symptoms and tummy upsets or have been in close contact with someone who has we strongly recommend that you wear a mask to your appointment and inform your Practitioner.


If you don’t have a mask and think that you should be wearing one, please ask your Practitioner for one.


We have taken every precaution available to us including ventilation, filtration and hygiene practises  to protect our most vulnerable Clients and we hope that you respect this.If you think that you “might be coming down with something” let us know. You will be in an enclosed room for up to 60 minutes and although we take every precaution to protect the health of our Clients, no plan is fool proof. What may be just a cold to some can have life changing effects on others.

PAYMENTS

Payment is required on completion of the appointment. We accept major credit cards except AMEX, Diners and Unionpay. Where possible we prefer payment via EFTPOS.

 

At any time where our Payment system is not functioning due to circumstances beyond our control, we will request that payment be made via Direct Transfer

 

An Invoice/Receipt will be provided and emailed to the so that claims to Private health Fund can be made by the Client.

 

If Paying by Cash, the correct amount to be tendered is preferred. If this is not possible the excess amount will be credited to the Client’s account and be deducted from the value of the next visit.
